Thank you so much Food and calories, the 10k steps was a game changer for me, I won’t even lie..my goal at the end of the challenge was to be 80 but now I’m 79, and to think I even lost 0.6kg this last week which was my ovulation week is outstanding, I always increase during ovulation or maintain the weight because my hormones are all over the place and to loose that much, I was surprised. Also my blood glucose levels are very stable, from a pre diabetic fasting blood sugar of 119mg/dl at the beginning of this challenge to 88mg/dl…my blood pressure is perfect at 107/72…Thank you so much, I’m definitely joining the next challenge

Started working with Dr Ademide of Food and Calories late October going into November.
I clearly remember it was very late,about 3:00 a.m. and I came across her tiktok where she was talking about using losing weight even on your traditional Nigerian foods.
I’m Ghanaian living in Canada, so I eat similar foods.
I reached out to her immediately and she responded the next morning.
We started working together, she is so sweet so understanding so encouraging.
I’ve worked with other nutritionists and weight loss coaches before who always somehow made me feel bad and worse about myself.
What I love about her plan, was that I never felt like I was missing out on anything.
We incorporated treats, we incorporated my favorite traditional foods. She worked with me, checked in regular. I never felt alone on the journey.
At the end of our relationship four months later, I am still following her meal plans and even experimented with other cuisines but keeping the foundations she taught me.
I’ve lost a total of 10lbs and one dress size working directly with her, and an additional 8lbs and another dress size following her meal plans after.
The initial 10lbs were slow, She taught me that my body will do what it thinks best, but to just keep being consistent with my meal plan and activities and it’s paying off.
